Coralis

I wanted to share a breaking news story I covered on Wednesday. I was sent to the house of Coralis Campos Rodríguez, mother of two. Tuesday night, in a fit of rage she stabbed her one year old son and three year old daughter. The assignment was intense to say the least. Here the father of one of the children recounts the scene he say when he entered his house after his partner had stabbed her children to death. 

The porch of the the house was freshly hosed down and was still dotted by the children’s toys.

The children’s grandfather grieves the loss of the two toddlers at the hand of his daughter. He told me that he could have never imagined his daughter doing any harm to her children.
