Marcha contra la represión

Last Sunday a massive march took to the Hato Rey area of San Juan to protest the “acts of repression” occurred on June 30th at the Capitol Building. Traffic was paralyzed for the greater part of the day starting around noon. The huge demonstration composed of students, families and elderly citizens marks one of the largest mobilization since the national strike last year. Thankfully the march that ended in front of police headquarters was not marked by any instances of violence.
