Drag Race

Every year right before Halloween the gay bars in Dupont Circle host the “Drag Race.” Needless to say no cars are involved. About one hundred drag queens show up to show off their costumes and test their running skills; all in high heels. Here are some of the frames I shot during this year’s race. Last year I helped my buddy Nick Gingold out with his portrait project on the drag queens of D.C. It’ great stuff check it out!!
